NORTH AMERICA FINTECH DEALS

  • Layer, an embedded accounting solution, has raised $2.3m in pre-seed funding in a round led by Better Tomorrow Ventures.

  • Aeropay, a business payment solutions startup, has secured $20m through a Series B funding round led by Group 11.

  • Yendo, the vehicle-secured credit card provider, has raised $150m in debt plus $15 million in equity.


SOUTH AMERICA FINTECH DEALS

  • NG.CASH, a digital bank for young Brazilians, has raised $12.5m in a round led by Monashees. That’s the largest Series A funding round for a Latin American fintech in 2024 so far; congrats!  

  • Aplazo, BNPL, has raised $70m in equity financing led by QED Investors.


EUROPE FINTECH DEALS

  • Tulyp, a platform that helps SMEs access trade finance services, raised €1.5m in seed funding led by Speedinvest.

  • Harbor Lab, which makes software that streamlines port cost management for the shipping industry, raised $16m in Series A funding led by Atomico.

  • Grasp, a generative AI assistant for investment bankers, raised $1.9m in funding. Yanno Capital led the round and was joined by Philian Invest.

  • Ekko, a climate fintech startup, has raised $2.5m in a funding round led by Fuel Ventures.


AFRICA FINTECH DEALS

  • Keyper, proptech, has raised $4m in equity in a pre-Series A round led by BECO Capital and Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP). 

  • MNZL, an asset-backed lending company, has raised US$3.5 million in seed funding, led by several investors including Ingressive Capital, P1 Ventures, and Localglobe.


APAC FINTECH DEALS

  • Data Zoo, an ID verification solutions provider, has raised $22.7 million in Series A funding from Ellerston JAADE, an Ellerston Capital fund.

  • Go Digit, an insurance startup, raises $141M from anchor investors ahead of IPO.
