NORTH AMERICA

  • Bilt Rewards, a loyalty fintech, has secured $150m, and elevated its valuation to $3.25bn.

  • GeoWealth, a wealth management technology for investment advisors and institutional investors, has secured an $18m growth investment led by global asset manager BlackRock.

  • FranShares, a platform for franchise investing, has landed $4.1m in seed funding led by Chicago Ventures.

LATAM

  • Aviva, a Mexican "phygital" (physical + digital) financial platform for the underbanked and micro businesses, has raised $5.5m in seed funding from Krealo and others. It’s Mexico's biggest seed stage round of the year. Congrats! 

  • Crediko, a provider of educational loans, recently closed its seed investment round for USD $2.5m, led by Graven Group.

  • Digitt, a fintech offering credit card debt refinancing for prime borrowers in Mexico, today announced the launch of a $50m credit facility with CoVenture Management, LLC.


EUROPE 

  • Female Invest, an app and community for women to learn about investing and personal finance, raised €10.3m in Series A funding from Educapital and Rubio Impact Ventures.

  • Epum, a data analytics and research platform for the commercial real estate sector, raised €1.47m in pre-seed funding led by Curiosity VC.

  • Payt, a SaaS platform that automates the process of businesses getting money from customers who’ve received goods but not paid for them yet, raised $55m in funding from Partech.

  • Primary Portal, which aggregates and digitises equity capital market processes for banks and asset managers, raised £7.5m in Series A funding led by DB1 Ventures.

  • Alps Blockchain, a startup that builds and operates mining farms, raised €105m in funding. Azimut Group led the round.

  • Tset, a carbon accounting software startup, raised €12.7m in Series A funding from investors including Carbon Removal Partners, Brose Ventures and Ingenics.

  • Obconnect, open banking fintech, has bagged a £10.5m investment from UK paytech PayPoint.

  • Bourgeois Boheme (BoBo), a fintech targeting high-net-worth individuals with the promise of instant transactions of up to €1m, has closed a €6.5m seed round led by Graphit Lifestyle.


REST OF THE WORLD

  • Philippines-based fintech Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations) has seen its valuation rise to $5 billion after securing a $393 million investment from MUFG Bank, and another $393 million investment from Ayala Corporation.

  • UAE-based fintech Mamo has secured $3.4 million in its latest funding round, bringing the total capital raised by the company to $13 million, in a round was led by Cyfr Capital, 4DX Ventures, and the Dubai Future District Fund.
