  • Coast, a card and expense management solution for fleet-operating businesses, has raised $40mn in a Series B funding round led by ICONIQ Growth.

  • Fragment, a start-up that makes accounting accessible to engineers, has landed a $9m seed the round was supported by numerous industry angels.

  • Powder, a wealth management businesses with generative AI agents has bagged a $5m seed round, led by General Catalyst, Funder’s Club, Elefund, Litquidity Ventures, Script Capital, YCombinator, and more.

  • Grazzy, a digital payments platform serving the hospitality sector, has raised $4min a seed round led by VC firm Next Coast Ventures.

  • Slope, B2B payments platform, has secured a new $65m investment led by JP Morgan Payments.

  • TigerBeetle, financial transactions database, has raised $24m in a Series A funding round led by Spark Capital general partner Natalie Vais.

LATAM

  • Matera, a payments technology company, received a $100m investment from Warburg Pincus.

  • Caliza, instant payments fintech raised US$8.5m, the round was led by Initialized Capital.


EUROPE


  • Sokin, a payments business, has announced a US$31m investment partnership with Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital.

  • Bunch, a wealthtech, has secured $15.5m through a Series A funding round led by FinTech Collective.

  • Jarvis, a pension fintech, has bagged £1.8m in a seed funding round co-led by Ascension VC and Cornerstone VC.

  • Plum, a money management app has secured £16.1 million in Series B funding round supported by Eurobank, Venture Friends, Ventura Capital and iGrow Venture Capital.

  • Finbee Verslui, an alternative lender, has secured a €35minvestment from Pollen Street Capital.

  • Aveni, AI fintech, has secured £11m Series A funding round led by Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide.

  • Payflow, a financial wellbeing app, has closed a €6m equity funding round led by Seaya Ventures, Cathay Innovation, 6 Degrees Capital and Wayra.


REST OF THE WORLD


  • MNT-Halan, an Egypt-based fintech, has raised $157.5m in a round led by International Finance Corporation (IFC).
