SOUTH AMERICA FINTECH DEALS

  • RapiCredit, a leading online financial services company in Colombia, receives $4.2K from the National Guarantee Fund.

  • Colors, a startup offering financial services for the LGTBIQ+ community, received $1.2m from the American investment fund XY Booster.


EUROPE FINTECH DEALS

  • Trever, which provides software to trade, manage, transfer, and offer digital assets, raised €2.4m in seed funding from TX Ventures and Market One Capital.

  • Bsure, a tech stack spend management platform, raised $1m in pre-seed funding from Pirate Entrepreneurship Fund, Gratus Capital, and East Carolina Angels.

  • Capy, an accelerated payments provider, got $1m investment from its holding company Mitgo Group.

  • CreditLogic, a FinTech SaaS platform, has raised a €3.5m funding round supported by Riverside Acceleration Capital.

  • FreeBnk, an app for crypto investors, has backed $3m from ChaiTech Ventures, Founderheads, Lavender Capital, and LVT Capital.

  • Currensea, a travel debit card, has exceeded its initial £1m crowdfunding target by raising over £1.7m from 760 investors, valuing the company at £28.5m.

  • Kompasbank has secured €175m worth of portfolio guarantee agreements with the European Investment Fund.


REST OF THE WORLD

  • DASH Technology Group, an Australian provider of software for financial advisers, has secured a $20m investment from Bailador Technology Investments.

  • Ascend Money, a super app with a suite of financial services, including e-payment, lending, BNPL, investment and insurance, has bagged a $195mn investment from MUFG Bank.

  • Dice, an enterprise spend management startup, has raised $ 5m from Dallas Venture Capital.
