NORTH AMERICA


  • Gigs, California-based platform thet helps clients including neobanks, or online financial institutions, launch mobile services such as subscription management and phone payment plans, has raised $73M in a series B funding round led by Ribbit Capital, Gradient Venutures, YCombinator, and Speedinvest.

  • Jiko, the technology platform and bank that provides seamless access to U.S. Treasury bills, completed $29M Series C funding round led by Upfront Ventures, with the participation from Airbus Ventures, Red River West, Radicle Impact and other undisclosed investors.

  • Atlas Card, concierge service and charge card provider focused on delivering access to coveted experiences through a seamless spending experience, raised $27M in Series B funding, led by Michael Gilroy and Gokul Rajaram’s Marathon with participation from angel investors including Eric Schmidt, Olaf Carlson-Wee, and Anton Levy.

  • Wald.ai, the AI-based security, and compliance management assistants for employee conversations, closed a $4M seed round led by Inventus Capital Partners.

  • Concentro, the clean energy financing platform, closed a seed round of $3M, led by firstminute Capital, with participation from Silence VC, Life Extension Ventures, Plug & Play Tech Center, & Avesta Fund.

  • Superform Labs, online platform providing solutions to earn interest yield, has completed a strategic financing of $3M led by VanEck Ventures.

  • Inveniam, the liquidity solutions for private market assets, closed an undisclosed amount of Series A funding, led by G42.

  • Paidly, a student loan assistance platform, closed its Series A funding round with S30Build.


EUROPE


  • Upvest, investment infrastructure provider, has raised a €100M Series C funding round led by Hedosophia, and joined by Sapphire Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.

  • Mynt, a fintech specialising in corporate credit cards and spend management solutions, has raised €22M in Series B funding led by Vor Capital, with participation from existing investors, including CNI and Incore. This brings Mynt’s total funding to over €50 million.

  • Relai, an app-based platform for cryptocurrency investments, raised $12M Series A funding round led by Ego Death Capital, the Plan B Bitcoin Fund, Timechain, and Solit Group.

  • Funeral Safe, an online funeral loan provider, raised $8.93M Series A funding led.

  • NAO, a German wealthtech startup , raised €3.4M led by Zeitgeist X Ventures.


LATAM


  • Klubi, a fintech specializing in vehicle, travel, and cell phone financing, secured $7M in a Series A round led by L4 Venture Builder and Vivo Ventures.


APAC


  • AwanTunai, an Indonesia-based provider of supply chain digitization by ERP systems with embedded financing, has secured a $60M syndicated debt facility, led by Accial Capital.

  • Snapmint, online marketplace for point of sale financing, has raised $18M in its Pre-Series B funding round led by Perpetuity Ventures, and Pegasus Fininvest.

  • Infinity, a business banking platform, has secured $1.9M in equity funding from Y Combinator, Liquid 2 Ventures, and Script Capital.

  • Navanc, a provider of credit score for real-estate properties, has raised $1M in its seed round led by Prarambh Ventures, with participation from Inflection Point Ventures, Brigade REAP FirstPort Capital, and marquee.


MENA


  • Klickl International, an online platform offering exchange and trading of cryptocurrencies and crypto wallets, has closed its $25M Series A funding round co-led by Web3Port Foundation and Aptos Labs, joined by Summer Ventures, Heritage Horizon Capital, V2 Capital, Alpha Square Group, Heng Feng Group, Trend Investment, and Bond Group.

  • Wafeq, an accounting platform, completed its $7.5M Series A funding round led by Raed Ventures, Wamda Capital, and payhawk.com.
